NASPAA is pleased to release the 2014-15 Roster of Accredited Programs, the complete list of master's degree programs accredited by the Commission on Peer Review and Accreditation (COPRA). The Roster is available on COPRA's redesigned and more user-friendly website.
Five FIU MPA students will compete in the “Policy Solutions Challenge.” This is a national competition where teams of students from leading schools of public policy and public administration around the country will find creative solutions to current policy challenges. This year’s policy challenge is “Youth Unemployment.”
The Department of Public Administration would like to congratulate four of its MPA students for winning the award of Best Paper in the area of Policy Management in Seoul, Korea. Amaury Casadesus, Monica Fernandez, Michael Gregory, and Kebrina Maharaj took part in a week-long field trip to Seoul last spring as part of a PAD Contemporary Issues course focusing on public administration and management issues in Seoul, Korea. Their winning entry is titled “Cultural Policies of Seoul, Korea.”
